Cannot send mail with Contact Form 7 in Wordpress

Mail servers require authentication before sending email to avoid spam.

For this reason WordPress's Contact Form 7 may not work on it's own.

There are two items to confirm when using this mailer form.

1) The from address and password are as defined in the domain's control panel (Pleask or cPanel)

2) An SMTP mail authentication plugin is installed. You can use this plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

Install the authentication plugin and activate it. Then choose settings and fill in the appropriate fields.
